TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please note that the price list is only a guide, grooming price depends on the size of the pet, breed and type of coat as well as the total grooming time required. Additional fees may be incurred if your pet is uncooperative or additional services are required.
- At Mr.Pet we do not subject our pets to the painful process of de-matting. If your pooch is matted, we can only do a full clip to remove the matting and allow your pooch a fresh start.
- Any pets found with fleas will require a mandatory flea wash. *Flea fee will apply*
- Muzzles of all sizes are used at our discretion as a last resort, this is for the safety of our groomers.
- Mr.Pet reserves the right to send pets home at any point during the grooming process if it is deemed unsafe for the groomer or pet to continue with the groom.
- At Mr.Pet we do not use any sedation under any circumstances. We strongly believe that sedation should only be performed by a certified vet.
- Mr.Pet grooming salon is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of both our team and the pets in our care.
- Clients must inform us beforehand if pets have any special requirements or medical conditions.
- New customers will be required to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit per pet before their grooming appointment can be confirmed.
- Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or it will be considered as a no-show and a service fee will incurred for your next appointment; any deposit paid will be deemed void.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $1/min. For clients arriving more than 20 minutes late, we may or may not cancel your appointment directly.
- Pets must be picked up before our closing time, or extra charges will be incurred.
- Mr.Pet reserves the right to decline any appointments at our discretion.
